  • 300 grams pork kasim (shoulder) slice thinly
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce


  1. Slice the pork thinly.
  2. Mix brown sugar and ground black pepper.
  3. Rub each piece of meat with the brown sugar and pepper mixture.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
  5. Keep in the fridge overnight. In the morning, you can fry and enjoy your savory and sweet Pork Tocino! 
