Cabbage Omelette

  • 1 whole cabbage 300 grams, chopped small
  • ¼ cup bell pepper chopped small
  • 1 medium sized onion chopped small
  • 3 pcs eggs
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper


  1. Beat the eggs.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add around 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. Once hot enough add the cabbage mixture.
  4. Cook for 5 mins each side using low to medium heat.
  5. Flip the cabbage omelette using a plate to cook the other side. Cook for  another 5mins. 

  6. Enjoy!
