- 1 whole cabbage 300 grams, chopped small
- ¼ cup bell pepper chopped small
- 1 medium sized onion chopped small
- 3 pcs eggs
- ¼ cup all purpose flour
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Beat the eggs.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Add around 2 tbsp of oil in the pan. Once hot enough add the cabbage mixture.
Cook for 5 mins each side using low to medium heat.
Flip the cabbage omelette using a plate to cook the other side. Cook for another 5mins.
