Sisig is one of the favorite meal of filipino especially when it comes to pulutan. Coming from the province of Pampanga There are many variations with the sisig, it can be pork, tuna or one of our favorites Chicken Sisig. In a chicken sisig we normally use the chicken breast as this part of the chicken is best when cooked to crisp. you can use chili and calamansi (lime) as a condiment which partners well with the sisig.
