One of our favorite Chinese soup, the egg drop soup. In this video we will show you how to make this soup using readily available home ingredients. A healthy and cleansing soup you can have at the comfort of your home.

Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium size tomato
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 chicken cube optional

Instructions

  1. Saute spring onion and tomato.
  2. Add 2 cups water.
  3. Bring to boil. Simmer for 10 mins.
  4. Add cornstarch.Stir until the soup becomes thick.
  5. Season with salt and pepper. Add beaten eggs. Enjoy!
