Grilled Bangus in Oven

Grilled Bangus, also known as Milk Fish is easy to cook and very healthy. This Grilled Bangus is really simple using ready-store bought cleaned and boneless milk fish. The bangus is stuffed with onion and tomatoes seasoned with salt. This is a very simple dish but you will love the taste. Try it!

Instructions

  1. Rub salt on the inside of the bangus. Set aside for 30 mins. Ask the market seller to debone the fish but leave the scales intact.
  2. Combine the tomatoes and onion. Mix thorougly.
  3. Stuff the bangus with the tomatoes and onion.
  4. Sew the edge of the bangus to seal off the stuffings.
  5. Preheat the oven to 220C for 10 mins.
  6. Roast the bangus for 30 mins. You can place a pan with water to catch the bangus drippings. But monitor the water level because it might dried up.
  7. After 30 mins, the bangus should be ready. Serve with toyo with calamansi.
  8. Enjoy!
