Today, were going to make a Filipino breakfast dish, skinless longganisa. Its easy to make skinless longganisa, so instead of buying a ready-made with lots of preservatives. Try to make this in your home.


How to Make Skinless Longganisa

  • 600 grams Minced Pork
  • 10 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Pepper


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the garlic, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well blended. Cover and marinate overnight for best result.
  2. After marinating, were going to wrap our longganisa individually. I am using a normal plastic wrapper cut in square shape.
  3. Place around 2-3 tbsp of longganisa mixture in the plastic wrapper and compress until it looks like this.
  4. Continue to wrap the rest of the mixture.
  5. Add some oil in the pan, once the oil is hot enough fry the longganisa in medium to high heat for 5-6 mins each side or until brown.
