Macaroni and Cheese with Bacon
- 2 cups macaroni
- ¼ cup butter
- 4 pcs bacon
- 2 cups fresh milk
- 250 grams cheddar cheese grated
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp pepper
Cook the macaroni according to package instruction.
Once the macaroni is fully cooked, prepare the cheese sauce.
Fry first the bacon. Once done, cut into strips then set aside.
Melt butter in a pan. Then add the flour.
Add the milk. Simmer to low heat.
Season pepper. Then add the cheese.
Mix thoroughly until the cheese is fully melted.
Add the bacon and macaroni. Mix well and serve.
