  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 390 grams evaporated milk can
  • 392 grams condensed milk can
  • 15.25 oz whole kernel corn drained
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 400 mL coconut milk
  • 1 can nestle cream all purpose
  • cheese for toppings


  1. Pour the coconut milk in a large pot and bring to a slight boil using low to medium heat
  2. Add the condensed milk, evaporated milk, nestle cream and sugar
  3. Add the corn and mix well
  4. Continue to heat the mixture for 15 mins until it is about to boil while stirring frequently
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture while stirring consistently to prevent any lumps. The mixture will become very thick and will work out your arms.
  6. immediately pour the mixture into the mold and flatten the top
  7. Top with grated cheese and let the maja blanca cool down in room temperature before putting in the fridge
