Pork Chop in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

  • 500 grams pork chop
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom 290 grams
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil


  1. Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Adding oil will help prevent the butter from burning. 

  2. Use medium heat
  3. Fry the pork chop for 4-5 mins or until it is nicely brown
  4. One the pork is done, prepare the mushroom sauce.

  5. Use the same pan to Saute 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1 medium sized onion.

  6. Add 1 cup of mushroom and 1 can Cream of Mushroom (290 grams).

  7. Add water to dilute the sauce. Continue to stir until the mixture is smooth.

  8. Simmer for 2-3 mins in low heat.

  9. Add the pork chop and let the flavors blend together. Simmer for another 10 mins.

  10. Serve warm! Enjoy!
