Pork Chop in Creamy Mushroom Sauce is an easy recipe idea that can be serve for lunch or dinner. For me, this is perfect when served with warm rice. You will definitely ask for another cup of rice. Enjoy!
Pork Chop in Creamy Mushroom Sauce
- 500 grams pork chop
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium size onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom 290 grams
- 1 cup mushroom
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp oil
Melt 4 tbsp of butter in a pan. Add 2 tbsp of oil. Adding oil will help prevent the butter from burning.
Use medium heat
Fry the pork chop for 4-5 mins or until it is nicely brown
One the pork is done, prepare the mushroom sauce.
Use the same pan to Saute 4 cloves of minced garlic and 1 medium sized onion.
Add 1 cup of mushroom and 1 can Cream of Mushroom (290 grams).
Add water to dilute the sauce. Continue to stir until the mixture is smooth.
Simmer for 2-3 mins in low heat.
Add the pork chop and let the flavors blend together. Simmer for another 10 mins.
