Sweet and sour Fish is an easy recipe that you can prepare for lunch or dinner. For this recipe, I use tilapia because it is a common fish and very affordable also. Tilapia costs P140/kilo (Dec 2019) compared to Lapu-lapu which costs around P700/kilo. The sweet and tangy sauce will definitely tickle your taste buds. Of course, it uses ingredients that can easily be found in your kitchen.
