- 1 can tuna flakes in oil drain the oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion minced
- ¼ cup bell pepper minced
- 1/3 cup potato minced
- 1/3 cup carrot minced
- Lumpia wrapper
- Oil for frying
Drain the tuna.
Saute onion and garlic. Add the drained tuna. Add potato and carrots. Cook in low heat for 10 mins until the veggies are cooked through.
Cooked until there are no more liquid.
Wrap in lumpia wrappers.
