Turon is a popular Filipino afternoon snack. It is normally sold together with banana cue. If your craving for turon, you can easily make this in your home.
- 10 pcs saba banana
- Brown sugar
- Lumpia wrapper
- Cooking oil
Peel the banana then cut in half.
Place the banana in lumpia wrapper then add some sugar.
Fold the spring roll wrapper. Seal the edge using water.
Heat oil in the pan. Once hot enough, fry the turon. Fry for 3-4 mins each side or until brown.
Serve while still warm.
